It takes time for the service to copy or synchronize files and folders, The amount of time it can take varies depending on how many files are being copied, current system load, PC performance and quality of the Internet connection. To make sure your files are copied, we recommend you leave your computer turned on and online until all the files have been uploaded. You can monitor this as follows:
- On the desktop, click on the name of the computer
- On the My Computer screen, the storage status will be displayed. If files are currently uploading, their progress will be shown. If all files have finished uploading, the folder will be marked “Completed 100%.
